Astana. July 15. Kazakhstan Today - Kazakhstan ratified the agreement on the customs free zone in the Customs Union territory and customs procedure of the customs free zone, the agency reports citing the president's press service.
According to the press service, the head of state signed the law on ratification of the free (special) economic zones agreement in the customs territory of the Customs Union and customs procedure of the customs free zone."
As informed earlier, according to the Minister of Economic Development and Trade of Kazakhstan, Zhanar Aytzhanova, "the main goal of this agreement is unification of legislations of the member states of the Customs Union regulating activity of the free economic zones, including rules of application of customs procedure of the customs free zone."
"The Customs Union Commission has the right to establish kinds of activity forbidden in the customs free zone and the inventory not subject to customs procedure in the customs free zone."
The press service informs that the head of state signed the law on ratification of the agreement on order of transportation by physical entities of goods for private use through customs border of the Customs Union."
