The ceremony of flame ignition took place in Kuwait at the root of Kuwait towers mountain.
Within the frameworks of a small relay race the fire was carried along the streets of Al-Kuwait by the representatives of sport Asian powers: China, Japan, and Korea.
The relay race will start from the international ski jumps complex in Almaty and will run along Al-Farabi ave.-Furmanov str.-Satpayev str.- Baitursinov str.- Abai ave.-Sport Palace named after Baluan Sholak-Abai ave. (in eastern direction)- Dostyk ave.-Shevchenko str.-Kunayev str.-Kabanbai batyr str.-Abylai-khan ave.-Tole bi str.-Astana square.
The relay race will finish in Astana on January 30 at Astana-Arena stadium during the Asian Games opening ceremony.
