Zhanaozen. December 20. Kazakhstan Today - The operational situation in the cities of Zhanaozen and Aktau, Shetpe village, and in the region as a whole is stable and is under control of police departments, Kazakhstan Today reports.

The governmental commission on the socio-economic, humanitarian and other problems caused by mass disorders in Zhanaozen continues its work, press service of the Office of the Prosecutor General reported.
