Astana. November 4. Kazakhstan Today - Talgat Kulibaev has been appointed head of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the agency reports citing the message of HR Department on the official site of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Kazakhstan.

"General Major of police Kulibaev Talgat Askarovich has been appointed chief of the Almaty Academy of the Ministry of Internal Affairs by the order of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan № 630 of October 21, 2010."
