Kazakhstan Today - The Senate deputies during the plenary session today unanimously passed the decree of the Senate of Parliament of Kazakhstan on the address of the President of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, to the citizens of Kazakhstan, the Parliament of Kazakhstan, and the Political Council of the People's Democratic Party Nur Otan, the agency reports.
