 Almaty. May 25. Kazakhstan Today - At the annual general meeting of the shareholders of Nurbank taken place on May 25 Adolf Vala, who earlier headed the National Bank of Austria, became the member of the board of directors of the bank, the bank press service informed the agency.
The same day, at the session of the board of directors of Nurbank A. Vala was elected the new Chairman of the board of directors. Talgat Dzhumadillayev, who earlier was the Chairman of the board of directors of Nurbank since 2003, became the member of the board of directors. Thus, Nurbank company formed its structure: Adolf Vala - Chairman of the board of directors, Igor Egarmin, Sagyn Krymkulov and Talgat Dzhumadillayev.
As it was informed earlier, Nurbank plans to develop retail direction and pay steadfast attention to the sphere of small and average entrepreneurship. By 2012 cumulative assets of Nurbank are planned to reach 1 trillion KZT.
Nurbank is one of ten largest banks of Kazakhstan. As of May 1, 2007 the assets of the bank totaled 210 637 202 thousand KZT, liability - 184 831 993 thousand KZT. Own capital of the bank has reached 25 805 209 thousand KZT including authorized capital - 15 358 430 thousand KZT.
