Astana. July 25. Kazakhstan Today - Profitability of oil branch of Kazakhstan after introduction of the new Tax Code will be 20 - 25 %. Vice Minister of Finance of Kazakhstan, Daulet Ergozhin, said in the interview to journalists, the agency reports.

"The level of profitability of oil industry will be 20 - 25 %," D. Ergozhin informed.

"We have petroleum experts who state: "we should have 50 % of profitability," but it is not a casino," he said.

"We need to compare with average world profitability parameters, Shevron and Exxon Mobile," Vice Minister stated.
