Astana. July 20. Kazakhstan Today - The head of state, Nursultan Nazarbayev, signed the law on the amendments and additions to the acts of Kazakhstan concerning mobilization preparation and mobilization directed at modernization of the system of mobilization preparation and mobilization in Kazakhstan, the agency reports citing the president's press service.

As informed earlier, the law introduces differentiation of powers of the Kazakhstan President, Kazakhstan government, the authorized body in the field of mobilization preparation and mobilization, state structures and organizations, carrying out mobilization tasks, the conclusion of the Senate of Parliament Committee of Kazakhstan for International Relations, Defense and Security states.

The government defines financial assets of the mobilization reserve, which can be used for undertaking measures for liquidation of emergencies of natural and technogenic character and rendering humanitarian help.

The amendments have been introduced to the law on mobilization preparation and mobilization, on the state reserve, and on state purchases.
